Kathryn Collopy has more than 25 years of experience working in both the pharmaceutical and CRO industries in Australia and the UK. For the past 10 years, Ms Collopy has led a team of researchers throughout Asia Pacific conducting multi-site, global studies including interventional and non-interventional phase II - IV studies; post-marketing surveillance studies; observational, HEOR/MA studies, and large patient registries. Her experiences include the implementation and oversight of more than 200 studies across a diverse range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiovascular and other chronic diseases. Ms Collopy was Vice President at United Health Group (Fortune 6 company with annual revenues exceeding $185 Billion USD) responsible for leading clinical development strategy and implementation for their Asia Pacific Late Phase and Health Economic Studies group for almost 7 years, and has previously held roles at Merck, Sharp and Dohme, Johnson & Johnson, and Astra Zeneca. She has completed Post Graduate studies in Health Economics and Policy from Monash University Australia, focusing on Economic Modelling, Epidemiology, Trial design and implementation, and Biostatistics. |
Adele Weston PhD, Principal
Adele Weston has 20 years experience encompassing health technology assessment, reimbursement and pricing, and outcomes research. Dr Weston has specific expertise in real world evidence generation to support market access. She is expert in quantifying treatment patterns, healthcare resource use and QoL/utility valuation to demonstrate product value. This includes evidence collection for risk-share arrangements and pay-for-performance schemes. Dr Weston has contributed to more than 200 reimbursement dossiers and authored late-phase study protocols and study reports across various therapeutic areas and spanning many countries. As EVP/Senior Scientist at United Health Group, Dr Weston provided expert scientific and strategic oversight of client HEOR/RWE activities. Dr Weston has served several terms on the Australian NHMRC panel of evidence-based health advice reviewers, co-authored HTA methodology publications, and continues to provide evidence-based medicine methodological advice to industry advisory boards, as well as government and not-for-profit organizations. Dr Weston has a PhD in Physiology, and has previously held tenured academic posts at the University of Natal Medical School and the University of Sydney. |
